INTRODUCTION The Bilablog.com website is a community of online diaries and journals enabling members to share thoughts with other people. The Bilablog service is offered by i010.com (International) Limited. ("i010.com") and includes the Bilablog.com website (the "Bilablog") and any other features, functions or content we offer in connection with the Website (collectively, the "Service"). These terms of use ("Terms of Use") constitute a binding agreement between i010.com and you governing your use of the Service. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of the Terms of Use, regardless of whether you use the Service to post any of your own materials or to view materials posted by other people. Bilablog reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the Service after Bilablog modifies the Terms of Use will mean you agree to the Terms of Use as modified. This includes Content that encourages or promotes self-harm; - interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers or networks used to provide or receive the Service or disobey any requirement, procedure, policies and regulation of any networks used to provide and receive the Service; - intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, foreign or international laws or regulation. BilaBlog.com has the right to determine whether any Content or Conduct violates the Rules of Member Conduct or the Terms of Use in its sole and absolute discretion. You acknowledge that BilaBlog.com has no responsibility for monitoring, filtering or pre-screening Content, but that BilaBlog.com and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any Content that violates the Terms of Use or is otherwise objectionable. You understand that all Content posted to the Website or otherwise transmitted via the Service is the sole responsibility of the individual who originally posted the Content, and that your sole recourse for any damage you may suffer as a result of such content shall be to such individual. BilaBlog.com reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against anyone who uses the Service in violation of the Terms of Use. Whenever BilaBlog.com learns of any use of the Service in violation of or that may be in violation of any applicable law, BilaBlog.com may report this to law enforcement authorities and otherwise cooperate with such authorities in their investigation. DATA TRANSMISSION SECURITY You acknowledge that BilaBlog.com has no control of the communications lines used to access the Service because such lines are provided by a third party public utility and, as such, that the security of transmissions to and from the Service is not the responsibility of BilaBlog.com. CONTENT SUBMITTED TO BilaBlog.com.com (This section refers to Content that you create) You retain all ownership rights to your Content. Except for its ownership of the collection of all content on BilaBlog.com, as described below, BilaBlog.com does not claim ownership of any Content you publish in your area of the Website ("Your BilaBlog.com Site"). When you publish your Content on the Service, you grant BilaBlog.com a temporary license to “rebroadcast” it. We need this license to be able to show your Content to other members and visitors. By publishing Content on Your BilaBlog.com Site you grant BilaBlog.com a world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publicly perform and publicly display the Content (as well as permit others - including without limitation BilaBlog.com’s co-brand, content and syndication partners - to do the same) solely for the following purposes: - Displaying, distributing and promoting Your BilaBlog.com Site - Promoting and marketing BilaBlog.com’s products and services and general operation of the BilaBlog.com Service - Promoting and marketing the products and services of BilaBlog.com’s partners and affiliates - Promoting and marketing products and services related to your Content. Rules and Regulations from Hong Kong Domain Name Registration Company Limited We understand that only NEW registration of ‘.hk’domain name is eligible to apply for this offer. Any ‘.hk’domain names currently in use and/or registered before the launch of the Campaign is not entitled to this offer. Should an application be unsuccessful, we understand that HKDNR is not responsible to provide reason of the declination. The domain name under the free 1st year annual fee offer shall be NEW registration of .hk Second Level domain ("2LD") or idv.hk (individual ‘.hk’ domain name). If the domain name with the waiver is under dispute within the waiving period (1st year), the offer could not be transferred to another domain name. By registering the ‘.hk’domain name under this Campaign, we agree to be bound by HKNDR Registration Agreement and Rules. For details, please read www.hkdnr.hk. Our password will be used as Account Password and Authorization Information for the ‘.hk’ domain.
